Neoprene Patrol Glove is an excellent choice to wear in operations near or around water, due to the neoprene's ability to block moisture. The backside of the T13 is made with 2 mm neoprene which provides more comfort and protection than the typical 1.5 mm neoprene. These gloves offer some protection from the elements without making your hands so clumsy you have to remove them to do anything. They are snug-fitting, touch-screen friendly, and streamlined enough I could even fire a weapon, if necessary. I got a decent deal on Amazon and am happy I bought these.
