I have to admit I was skeptical about getting these, never workout with heavy bag. These were easy to put on and have a nice fit. You can do it yourself, yes using your teeth but you get a snug fit. Offer good protection to my fist and help keep wrist stable without additional wrapping. After a month I look forward to the bag work as part of a cardio kicker to a great workout.
