5 stars for product. 5 stars for seller. Did review this product but don't know what happened to the review.The first pair I ordered came without batteries. Got in touch with the seller and batteries was sent out within a couple of days. One of the glove didn't heat up at all. Got in contact with the seller they sent out a return shipping, sent the product back. I was refunded the total amount that was paid for the product. For the price the gloves are of high quality. I really wanted these gloves. Took a chance and ordered another pair. The gloves arrive with the batteries this time. Charged the batteries and went for a ride the next day. 32 degrees at 70/75 mph for several hours. Use the gloves of high heat, the gloves get hot fast, wanted to test the warmth and length of the batteries. The batteries lasted approximately 2.5 hours. Overall the gloves perform well, the only con is the batteries are a little too large.
